01 / Purchase terms

A personal licence for the original purchaser.

Each purchase grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for personal or internal work.

You may edit the workbook for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload publicly, share the source file as a reusable template, or claim the product as your own creation.

Product descriptions, screenshots and compatibility notes are provided to help you decide before purchasing. Microsoft Excel desktop is recommended unless a product page states otherwise.

02 / Delivery & support

Delivered to your payment email.

After successful payment through ToyyibPay, the product will be sent manually to the email address used for payment within 24 hours.

If your file does not arrive, is damaged or cannot be opened, contact @srhinsights on TikTok and include your ToyyibPay transaction reference. We will verify the order and provide reasonable delivery or file support.

03 / Refund & replacement

Fair support for genuine order problems.

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after delivery.

Duplicate payments, confirmed non-delivery, incorrect files and genuine technical defects will be reviewed fairly. Where appropriate, SRH Insights may resend, replace, correct or refund the affected order. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

04 / Privacy notice

Only the information needed to fulfil your order.

ToyyibPay may provide SRH Insights with order information such as your name, email address, telephone number, payment status and transaction reference.

This information is used to verify payment, personalise and deliver the product, provide order support, prevent misuse and maintain basic transaction records. SRH Insights does not sell your personal information.

For Private Class applications, the details you submit are used to assess your learning needs and contact you about a suitable session. Please submit only a general description and never include confidential company, customer or sensitive personal data.

Your payment is processed by ToyyibPay and participating financial institutions. SRH Insights does not receive your online-banking password or full banking credentials.
