Which Excel version should I use?
The workbook is designed for Microsoft Excel desktop. For the best experience, use a modern, supported version of Excel. Some visuals or features may look different in Google Sheets, Numbers or other spreadsheet apps.
Can I change the categories and owners?
Yes. The Settings sheet lets you edit the categories and owner names so the tracker fits your own workflow.
How will I receive the file?
Your personalised workbook will be sent manually to the email used during ToyyibPay payment within 24 hours after a successful transaction.
Can I use it for work?
Yes. You may use your copy for your own personal or internal work. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly or share the workbook as a reusable template for others.
What if the file does not arrive or cannot be opened?
Contact @srhinsights on TikTok with your ToyyibPay reference. We will verify the order and resend or replace a missing, damaged or inaccessible file.
Can I request a refund?
